PART-TIME SHOWROOM RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a Part-Time Showroom Receptionist to join our Northbrook, IL location. Responsibilities will include:

* Answering phones for the sales floor and helping customers/vendors to connect to the appropriate person
* Helping to monitor the sales rotation system
* Maintaining all store logs/schedules
* Checking and processing quotes
* Checking in and out samples as needed and printing overdue sample reports
* Special projects as needed

Position will work approximately 20 hours per week during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend days.

REQUIREMENTS
Reception and/or general office experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast paced retail sales environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office

This position acts as a liaison between our customers, sales manager, and sales consultants and is a key person in our showroom operations.

SALES CONSULTANTS

Lewis Floor & Home is looking for experienced sales consultants to add to its Northbrook and Chicago locations. The ideal candidate will have design and retail sales experience and excellent organization, interpersonal, communication and project management skills. Responsibilities will include:

* Consulting with customers on flooring solutions, kitchen and bath remodeling, and
window treatments
* Managing the sales process from qualification to close
* Working with warehouse staff, installers, mills, and co-workers to make sure
product is installed on time and accurately
* Keeping current on products in the showroom and trends in the flooring industry
* Scheduling measures, sample tracking, and status reporting.

WAREHOUSE WORKER

Lewis Floor & Home is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our Northbrook, IL location. Position reports to our Warehouse Supervisor. This position will be responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory, and warehouse maintenance. Warehouse worker will also make rug and tile deliveries with the assistance of a helper.

REQUIREMENTS
Three plus years of warehouse experience
Must be able to lift 100 or more pounds
Must be able to operate forklift and drive cargo van
Strong communication and customer service skills
